Nowhere is urban sprawl more profound than the majestic city we call home. Atlanta has seen buildings rise and fall as the skyline has evolved over time. Today, the Capitol of Georgia is the epicenter of commerce and style in the south and a major global city. What makes the here and now so wonderful is how the sprawl that once defined this city has morphed into a convergence on city life. From our offices in the historic Hurt Building, we see first hand the changes that are happening around the city.
The streets of downtown are filled with pedestrians. Students and professionals alike navigate the city as they venture from class or to meetings in neighboring high rises. The action throughout downtown Atlanta is why we call this neighborhood home. Taking a ride on The Atlanta Streetcar or a casual stroll on the street, we pass through Woodruff Park and see the initiatives by Central Atlanta Progress coming to life like The Daffodil Project, Annual German Bierfest, Soccer in the Streets and Free Yoga on Wednesdays. This flourishing city is getting better every day.
