We are excited to have our licensed Starbucks store as part of our professional portfolio. We opened Starbucks’ doors in January 2017 and the space continues to serve as an inviting and beautiful space for Georgia State University students, business professionals, and downtown residents alike.

The store is accessible from the lobby of the Hurt Building and from the street at the intersection of Peachtree Center Ave SE and Edgewood Ave NE. Our hours of operation are Monday – Thursday 6:30AM – 8:00PM and Friday 6:30AM – 6:00PM.

A little more about the Hurt Building:

April 2017 marks the 40th anniversary of inclusion in the National Registry of Historic Places of the Hurt Building located at 50 Hurt Plaza in Downtown Atlanta. It was erected in 1913 by Atlanta engineer, Joel Hurt, who viewed architecture a structural art.  After delays due to WW1 the early skyscraper opened in 1924 and was then the 17th largest office building in the world. In May 2009 the building earned the LEED Gold certification.
